Corby Tindersticks SS15

In October I shared a look ahead at Corby Tindersticks SS15 'Stay Gold' collection on babiekinsmag.com. Today I am excited to share more images from their SS15 lookbook with you.

I previously introduced you to Corby Tindersticks SS14 and AW14 'Mishapes' collections; I love Corby Tindersticks because their illustrations add a bit of quirkiness, color and fun to children's wardrobes and bedrooms. For SS15 Corby Tindersticks introduces more silly pets, bouncy balls with faces, ice cream and animal themed height charts, a very handy vegetable identifier, huggable soft toys, an interactive caterpillar reward chart, prints and pendant banners to inspire creativity in the home and beyond. Another surprise for SS15 is the launch of  'Peter Pocosticks' croc print mini-shoe, which is adorable and was designed in collaboration with shoemaker Poco Nido. I love this 'Stay Gold' collection, and I have decided I need the Happy pennant in my life and Mario needs the Big face cushion!

This ethically made collection of baby and children’s clothing, toys and home accessories is designed and (mostly) made in the UK with love and care.

A few months ago I shared with you Corby Tindersticks Spring / Summer 2014 Collection, the UK brand whose illustrations add a bit of quirkiness, color, and fun to children's wardrobes and bedrooms, and I am now excited to also share with you their current Autumn / Winter 2014 Collection "Misshapes".

For Autumn / Winter 2014 Corby Tindersticks is inspired by collectors, eccentric hobbies and high school gym kits. Exciting new products include a "dead good" pendant banner, British-made cotton cushions and an interactive print to help your little ones learn to tell the time. Some old faces also return in limited edition fabrics and colors.

Designed and (mostly) made in the U.K. this graphic-led Collection features a dapper dinosaur, skateboarding hipsters, and a chap with a penchant for massive silly hats. The key character, Jonty Chippendale, is an oversized man who likes to adorn his parka jacket with his mega badge collection. Jointy comes as a paper print or as a toy so your child can start their own collection. I think Mario needs a Jonty Chippendale to cuddle and collect with (though it is Barry Bags who will always have my heart).

I am excited to write Today's Blog because I get to tell you about Corby Tindersticks, the UK brand whose illustrations add a bit of quirkiness, color, and fun to children's wardrobes and bedrooms.

Corby Tindersticks products are fun designs with illustrations that appeal to both kids and grown ups. I love them and want a Barry Bags Toy for myself, although I know Mario will all too quickly steal it from me and call it 'Owl'! Corby Tindersticks products are not only fun and playful, they are designed with love; their posters are made out of felt and decorated with hand-embroidered details, their t-shirts and hoodies are screen printed with quirky designs, and their toys are handmade with funny legs and big heads and interesting stories to tell. At Corby Tindersticks they also try to look after the environment and source ethically made garments. There is so much to love about this charming brand, and I am sure you will love them as much as I do!
